一番仔细研究后，我发现目前重庆、甘肃肃州、江苏、广东、湖北和沈阳等地方已经确认暂停补贴或者额度耗尽了。不过，各地停止的原因不尽相同，后续政策走向也各有差异。像是重庆，首轮那 12 亿元的家电补贴资金在 6 月初就花光了，线上申领通道随即关闭；但官方也明确表示，第二轮资金会在 6 月上旬到位，而且覆盖范围更广，家电、汽车、家装等领域都能享受到。甘肃肃州呢，则是第一批家电补贴额度用完后暂时停了，好在省内其他地区还在正常推进。江苏和广东，由于系统升级和监管整改，从 6 月起实行 “限额管理”，线上渠道显示 “活动升级中”，好在江苏的线下渠道依旧能参与，等线上恢复了，每日额度也会动态调整。
B | 湖北和沈阳，是因为第二批资金拨付衔接出了点问题，所以短暂暂停，预估 6 月中旬就能恢复。 另外，河南和湖南因为补贴额度吃紧，官方都建议消费者最晚在 2025 年 12 月中旬前完成购买并开具发票，这其实就暗示着补贴可能会提前截止。深圳（广东）更是明确规定，要是家电补贴资金提前用完，活动马上就终止，严格实行 “资金用完即止” 的原则。

不过大家别太担心，虽然部分地区出现了状况，但全国统一的截止时间并没有改变。
D | 国家发改委、财政部多次强调，家电、手机数码、汽车这三大领域的国补，全国统一截止日期是 2025 年 12 月 31 日，不存在全国性提前结束这回事。而且当前多地暂停，只是因为阶段性资金耗尽或者系统在调整，并不是政策终结。财政部已经预拨了 810 亿元，全力支持各地的资金衔接，第二批资金也在加速拨付中。
E | 所以说，咱们现在政策还在，可得赶紧行动起来。想换手机和电视的朋友，可以先通过京东 APP 搜索口令，像 “家电588”“手机588”，提前把补贴资格领了，先锁定额度。要是你恰好在河南、湖南、深圳这些预警地区，那可得抓紧时间了，最好 12 月中旬前就完成消费，别等政策有变，错失了优惠。还有，优先选择线上渠道购买，线上平台更新额度更及时，并且还能叠加地方加码的福利，像江苏、广东，综合补贴比例最高能达到 20%，算下来能省不少钱呢。
