最近发生的这个事情一个方面是美国对中国发动新的贸易战。有人把它形容为2.0，就是拜登在过去特朗普高关税的基础下又对中国的一些新能源汽车锂电池等等一些新质生产力的产品进行加关税。

但是另外一方面俄罗斯进入了俄罗斯5.0的普京时代，普京连任以后进入5.0的时代，以后首次出访就来到了中国，大家都相信这一次中俄之间会更加紧密地合作。普京先到北京，然后到中国的东北，未来中国的东北跟俄罗斯的远东地区的合作是一个很重要的合作的方向。

一方面又说“五不四无意”，不搞冷战，不搞围堵，不搞经济的脱钩。

C | 前不久他们的财长耶伦到北京访问，他们的国务卿布林肯也到北京访问，好像也要释出一些善意要解决问题，但是回过头来，转过头来就对中国又加关税，这是毫无道理的，这个完全是违背了如今当今世界的国际公平贸易的原则，完全就是毫无道理的。说中国的产品是产能过剩，说中国的企业都受到国家的补贴，所以他们就要加关税，在这样的情况下美国对中国有传统打击。

现在其实美国是面临了两个战场。一个是俄乌战场，一个是中东战场，自己都是焦头烂额而且反而是对中国要下手。可能美国的团队他们疯狂了，他们糊涂了，我们就不理他，问题是为什么他们是要同时对中国，同时对俄罗斯进行两手的同时打击，反而把中国和俄罗斯越打越紧密这个策略其实当今世界很多的国际战略局都不明白的。因为很多人都说在三强博弈的时候一般来说都是某一方联合第三方要攻击另外一方，而事实上美国同时打击中国和俄罗斯，为什么美国这么愚蠢呢？

去年自从基辛格也离开的世界之后，这个世界上在美国已经很难找到美西方比较他更能够懂得在大国博弈之间能够取得平衡的那一种外交艺术的人物，所以目前在美国的共和党跟民主党都是差不多同意的这么一个立场竞争的，焦点就是说看谁对俄国看谁对中国更强硬，这个是走进的死胡同了。是不是能够有所反省呢？并不是很乐观，到最后有可能这个事件两大阵营，可能现在日本跟韩国都有一些松动，在欧洲法国是已经有一些警惕，最后美国能够拉拢的可能就是只有英国，是拼了命一定要跟美国走的，其他的都有他的积极的打算。

第一点是，目前来说美国的政治正确，同时都是觉得要“反俄反中”。美国现在国会的政治正确，他们觉得好像任何的挑战美国霸权的人都是他们敌人，都是要同时这个进行打击，他们陷入了这样的一种非常极端的自高自大的疯狂的思维逻辑里面，所以他们不可能对俄罗斯让步，也不可能对中国让步，这是一种可能性。

另外一种就是，现在其实真正现在能够死心塌地跟这个美国走的也就是只有英国，像日本像韩国都在松动，德国和法国那就更加不要说了，所以目前的整个国际的大局是发生了一个非常不利美国的变动。可能也正是因为美国对自己的霸权感到了这个很大的威慑的时候，他们也就没有什么策略可言了，他们只要谁反对他，他就反对谁。

在过去中国、苏联和美国的三个关键时候，美国还曾经联合中国来反对苏联的霸权，20世纪80年代的时候，基辛格在去世时候，其实也提出美国应该是联俄，既然美国把中国视为最大的挑战者，应该来说美国就跟俄罗斯应该是联合起来一起来对付中国的，但是不知道为什么过去的特朗普不听这一套，现在的拜登也不听这一套，可以看到现在拜登由于他的选举形式处于一种低潮，比特朗普要差很多，摇摆的七个州都全部是特朗普占有优势，在这样的时候拜登的团队也完全花光了手脚也不知道怎么来了既要打这个俄罗斯又要来打中国，慌慌忙忙又要对中国加税，所以在这样的情况下美国只会使得自己越走越乱，使自己走向一个死胡同。

美国国内反对以色列支持巴勒斯坦的浪潮还继续在发酵。究竟这个方面来讲会有什么影响也可能需要密切地注意，很快到暑假了看看是不是真的拜登跟特朗普再来一次对决，这个是会影响往后的判断。
