B | 在市福彩中心的统筹下，全市共募集了100家福彩爱心驿站参与到酷暑送伏茶的便民服务中，以“实在举措”护航“清凉行动”。“无论是设立爱心驿站，还是参与夏日送清凉，都是福彩人应尽的本分。”温州市福彩中心相关负责人表示，“我们希望通过点滴行动，为社会贡献一份实实在在的力量。”作为国家公益彩票的销售管理机构，温州福彩始终秉持“扶老、助残、救孤、济困”的发行宗旨，此次大规模参与送伏茶活动，正是这一宗旨的生动实践。

C | 在玉苍西路福彩爱心驿站负责人黄建琼看来，这不仅仅是一杯茶，更是一种精神的传承。在福彩爱心驿站，微波炉、热水壶、雨伞等便民设施常年备齐。黄建琼说，去年首次加入送伏茶活动时，持续3个月的服务受到了周边居民的热烈欢迎，“看到爱心伏茶在夏天让这么多人感受到清凉，我们越做越有动力，这是一件很有意义的事情。”依托全市495家福彩爱心驿站的网格化优势，福彩爱心驿站服务队正发挥“固定+流动”的作用，除了在站内配备防暑药品和座椅，工作人员还主动出击，为周边不便停留的户外工作者送去矿泉水和防暑用品。随着第九届酷暑送伏茶活动的全面启动，百家福彩驿站将成为全城爱心接力的重要支点。未来三个月，这股由“公益福彩”汇聚的清流，将以爱心驿站为圆心，持续辐射周边商圈与社区，让“善行温州”的理念在城市各个角落传递。
